Standard Shipping/Handling Charges

We ship items out as soon as possible. But this may not always be the same day as your order was placed, as most orders are shipped directly from the manufacturers through FedEx, UPS and/or First Class Priority Mail services. Depending on your location and your order time, we will pick the courier that will get your package(s) to you the quickest. In general please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at email@example.com with your questions.
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after you have placed your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. This is especially important because, if you did not receive the order confirmation email, you also would not receive the email with your shipping notification and tracking information.
All process orders will ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays . Orders placed after 3:00PM CT will begin processing the following business day. You should expect to receive your order between 3-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out and not the date the order was placed.
All orders require a street address. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and/or Canada will incur an additional surcharge of $30.00 which may vary per product.
Item(s) ordered together may not always arrive in the same shipment. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 U.S.. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Change of Address
While placing your order, please be sure to check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they have been placed. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return.
Unfortunately, some manufacturers have a require surcharge for larger furniture items that cannot be waive as part of our standard Free Shipping for orders over $99.99. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions.
